Shipping Destinations

Lunore Zen currently ships only to delivery addresses within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $10 USD per order for orders under $75 USD.

Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $75 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

The final shipping charge and free-shipping qualification are displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from China. Estimated delivery is approximately 15–20 days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier to register the first tracking update.

Shipping Address

Please confirm that your name and shipping address are complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at lunore@lunorezen.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, has missing contents, or shows an unusual tracking delay, contact us with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will review the circumstances and provide appropriate next steps.

If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location and contact the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us for assistance.

Natural crystals may vary in color, clarity, pattern, texture, and inclusions. These natural characteristics are not considered shipping damage.
